A new house on Prospect Avenue and a penthouse condo lead the list of the five most expensive homes currently for sale in West Haven, according to Zillow data.

The properties span from 1920 to 2004 and include both new construction and renovated structures. All five listings are marked as active for sale as of October 26, 2026. The data excludes pending sales, land-only parcels, and multifamily units.

The top listing is a new 3,300-square-foot house at 113 Prospect Ave. in the West Shore section. Realtors list the price at $825,000 following a $14,000 reduction on October 10. The five-bedroom home has been on the market for 113 days.

Second is unit 603 at 343 Beach St., a sixth-floor penthouse in Oceanside Condominiums. Built in 2004, the 1,704-square-foot condo asks $789,000. It has been listed for 101 days and includes two covered carports and access to a heated in-ground pool.

The third spot goes to a 1,730-square-foot house at 211 Phipps Drive on Phipps Lake. Built in 1920 and remodeled in the early 2000s, the home is listed at $649,000. It has been on the market for 10 days and features direct water access.

Two split-level homes tie for the fourth position at $610,000 each. The house at 109 Sycaway St. covers 3,150 square feet and has been listed for 61 days. The house at 22 Florence St. lists at 6,800 square feet on Zillow, though the description states 3,400 square feet. A $10,000 price cut applied to the Florence Street home on October 1. It has been on the market for 102 days.
