Tammy Bishop is searching for a wedding ring her husband Will Mulroy lost in Las Vegas on October 20. The couple married at the Viva Las Vegas Chapel that day. Mulroy died three days after the ceremony, making the missing band a final keepsake for Bishop.

The ring disappeared while the couple celebrated on a party bus touring the Strip. Bishop said they stopped at a bar, where Mulroy looked down and noticed the band was gone. She stated he began to cry upon realizing the loss. Bishop noted that Mulroy had told her the ring was two sizes too big because he had lost weight. She believes it may have slid off on the bus, while he moved into his wheelchair, or while he rolled down the Strip.

The couple backtracked their route and asked the bus driver to help. They had everyone in the group look for the item, but they could not find it. Bishop joked with Mulroy the next day that he had not even worn the ring for 24 hours before losing it. She recalled telling him it was not a big deal and that they would buy him a new one. She said that statement felt different now that he is gone.

Mulroy was in significant pain on the drive home to South Dakota. He mentioned going to the emergency room as soon as they arrived. The next morning, he was congested, and Bishop told him to stay home from work. She could not wake him and called 911. Doctors at the hospital declared him brain dead. He remained on life support for 24 hours, and his heart stopped three times in the emergency room.

Bishop and Mulroy met in July 2023. They began dating in March 2024. A week into their relationship, Mulroy was in a motorcycle accident that left him paralyzed. Bishop said there was anger at first, but Mulroy kept asking her to marry him. He agreed to the Vegas wedding plan on her October 4 birthday. He had booked everything, including their friends traveling to the city.

Bishop described Mulroy as mechanically inclined and capable of fixing things without calling others for help. He worked at Fleet Farm and had experience with party buses. The couple had planned to start their own party bus business together. Bishop said the rings were blessed and represented their marriage. She hopes a stranger finds the ring so she can have that piece of him back.
